HOW TO JOIN PCCI-QC

 

 

 

AS A CORPORATE MEMBER

 

 

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP?

REGULAR MEMBER- Any enterprise, corporation, trust, firm, partnership or

       association in good standing, duly licensed and registered to do business in 

       the Philippines and its office address is based in Quezon City.

 

Affiliate Members- Any entity which does not meet the above membership qualification shall be eligible as an Affiliate Member.  An Affilliate Member shall be entitled to all the rights and priviledges of a Regualr member, except the right to vote and be voted upon.

 

·         The applicant firm fully complies with all labor and social laws.

·         The applicant firm’s President/CEO commits to support the activities of PCCI-QC either through his direct participation or through his duly designated representative/s.

·         The applicant firm shall designate a Regular and an Alternate Representative to PCCI-QC with the following qualifications:

1.       The Regular Representative must preferably be the Owner/Manager or one holding a managerial or executive position in the firm; while the Alternate Representative must be managing people or has a key role in the organization in promoting the advancement of its business

 

2.       The designated representatives should have impeccable integrity and strong adherence to the practice of professional business ethics.

 

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED?

·      Fully accomplished PCCI-QC online Application Form

Upload the following:

·      SEC /DTI

·      Business Permit

·      BIR Certificate of Registration

·      Company Organizational Chart

·      Biographical information and one (1) Photo each (2” x 2” size) of Regular and Alternate Representatives

·      Company Logo

 

 

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES IN FILING AN APPLICATION?

·         Fill-out PCCI-QC membership application online at www.pcciquezoncity.com  and upload the required documents.

·         The Professional Staff will review and validate submitted requirements prior to endorsement to the PCCI-QC Membership.

·         The Membership Committee evaluates and processes the application and attached documents.

·         The Membership Committee recommends the approval or disapproval of the application to the PCCI-QC Board of directors.

·         Once the application is approved, the applicant firm will be sent a letter informing them of such. You must then accomplish the following before the Certificate of Membership is awarded:

1.       Remittance of P3,500,00 annual membership fee. The annual membership fee is pro-rated based on the quarter the application is approved.

2.       Attendance in the formal Induction Ceremonies.

Note: Processing of membership application starts after submission of COMPLETE requirements. Applicant firms will be notified of the status of their application.
