Who we are
Shantung is a Chinese Restaurant in Quezon City that serves authentic Mandarin cuisine. It was founded in 1958 by Joseph Chang Men Chih. He was an immigrant from Shandong Province hence the name, Shantung Restaurant. He was inspired to open a restaurant to showcase the food of his province.
Products
Our specialties include Hot & Sour Soup, Shantung Fried Crispy Chicken, Steamed/Fried Pork Dumplings, Pata Tim, Crispy Noodles with Assorted Delicacies, Shrimp Balls and more. We are said to be the first Chinese restaurant in Manila to serve Hot & Sour Soup.
